Giant Machines founders Roy Yang and Frank Cantelmi previously worked together at a well known technology and media company. One of the firm’s core products, a real-time messaging platform utilized by tens of thousands of professionals around the world, needed some love.
The platform had been maintained by a team of 150 people, and was mired in the constraints of legacy systems and processes. Frank, Roy, and their power squad of 10 engineers used modern technologies to rebuild the tool from the ground up in a matter of months.
This was the birth of an idea. A big idea. You might call it... a Giant Idea.
Roy and Frank decided to take this Silicon Valley-esque, “startup-in-a-box” mentality to help enterprises and startups bring innovative ideas to market.
